I am going to appear for Nov 13 attempt. Today I have received a letter from icai stating to resubmit certificate of service though I have already submitted the same along with exam form. They have not stated any reason for resubmission. They have informed that I am provisionally admitted to give Nov 13 exam, but I have to resend that certificate of service before 15th Dec 13.
Why is it so????????

What else needs to be submitted and can it be submitted after the exams are over
Don't worry guys, I too received that but u will soon get your admit cards in a day or 2, after u receive such provisional letter, as we used to get with all the details like photo, centre and everything.
I know we have submitted the certificate of service, hope u have a scanned copy of your form, just take a printout and send once again once when we are over with the exams. U have time till 15 Dec

@ manas certificate of service is the document u have already with you u had filled your exam form in that page no 3 you had mention the details of principal date of completed articleship
that page they required.
so wait you will get from the institute that submit that form again
so dont take any one else.

Can I get my exam form signed from any other CA
In faq's of ICAI website,, It was written..
Your photo and signature and data on the on-line form submitted by you has to be attested by a member of the Institute or your Principal in the case of Final candidates. However in the case of Intermediate (IPC) Exam candidates, it may be got attested by a Gazetted Officer also.
But in certificate of service attached to form, it is written that
I -----------------------------------------------hereby certify that Shri/Ms----------------------------------------------is presently serving under me as an
articled assistant /audit assistant and his/her due date of completion (including excess leave if any) will be -----------------------------------------
-------on or before 31st October, 2014,as per deed of articles.
How can any other member sign on this other than ur principal
