Dear All
One of my new clients (Pvt Ltd) changed the registered office address within the same city limits. The form 18 & other formalities were done in order. However, I later came to know that the PAN was not applied with IT Dept.
Now as the address is changed as per ROC Records but the Certificate of Incorporation shows the old address, how do i apply PAN? The TIN-FC requires the Incorporation Certificate as the only proof & they are not ready to accept anyother proof.
What is the way out to apply PAN at the New Address? Plz advise
