You have filled Form 1,18 & 32.

has it approved or not till now.

After get approval COI will come to the Regd Add of the Comany by post and Post Man will give only that if you have Name Board of you Regd Office building.

I will reach near abt 7-10 days after approval.

Pls note,  if your form 1 has been approved, you will receive the copy of Certificate of Incorporation (COI) without seal of ROC through E mail as provided by you in the form 1.

Further for bank account or PAN if COI with ROC stamp is required the certified copy of the same can be obtained from ROC, post approval of the form 1. It will save time for Bank account, PAN and other subsequent application/approvals.

first u need to approve  the form 1 then after  from 18 32 is required to fill.

after got approval of Form 1A we need to file Form 1,18 & 32 together.

if u have not received the mail then u can take certificate by inspection of Company Documents on MCA site by paying Rs. 50/- and take print out. then take seal and sign of A.ROC on it.
