The query
a) can we take Cenvate credit for the service tax on clearing agents's services rendered by us for the exports of goods ?
b) can we also take the credit of service tax on GTA paid on outwards freight for the good exported ?
Will be thankfull, If you can also quote the relavant sections & rules

you can claim refund of such service tax, but can not take cenvat credit, as the cenvat credit is limited upto the clearance of goods upto factory gate.
however the documents required for such refund from service tax are big and needs loads of patience, so if the amout is little, just ignore them
