generally manufacturer issues cenvatable invoice to first stage dealer, and 1st stage dealer issues cenvatble invoice to 2nd stage dealer , after that if 3rd stage dealer puchases goods from 2nd stage dealer then 2nd dealer what type of invoice will issues? {i heard that cenvatable invoice stopped after the 2nd stage dealer} please clarify

In Excise no stage of 3rd stage dealer only three stage in excise as under mentioned.
1). Manufacturer, 2). First Stage Dealer & 3). Second Stage Dealer.
So yr question is that cenvatable invoice stopped after the 2nd stage dealer is automatically resolved here.
