For SSI Units,
You are not supposed to pay any duty unless you cross limit of one thousand five hundred lakh removal from your factory.
Once you cleared that much of value then your liability to pay duty arises.
Regards
upto 150 lakh clearance for home consumption without availing input credit, you are not supposed to pay excise ( cenvat duty)
file SSI Exemption through ACES portal to avail the benefit of this notification
