Hello,
I had collected Shipping Charges of total 1300000 from customers.
I had paid Service tax on various services in the name of:
a) Shipping fee
b) Marketting fee
c) Commission fee
My question is to get cenvat credit, does shipping fee only qualifies against shipping charges or all the three fees can be used.
Cenvat credits can be availed for all the input services utilized for output service. Here if the three were utilized for the sales, then yes, you can avail credits of all the 3 service taxes paid.
