Cenvat credit on rent cab service
we have receiving service from rent cab or hiring form proprietor we have paid 100% service tax (14.5%*40%). Can we take cenvat input on paid service tax as RCM?

Yes, input credit of service tax paid on RCM basis can be availed after payment of ST to govt. That is credit can be availed subsequent to payment of tax to govt.
