Cenvat credit is covered by rule 6,2,3,4 and 9.If these rules are satisfied , then eligible

Cenvat is available only for input services .
If such transfer involve input services used for msnufacturing final product which is not exempted from duty then Credit can be availed.
If it is Inword then it is eligible for cenvat credit, in case of outword upto the place of removal is eligible.

Dear Ruhul,
It is called payment of service tax on inward transportation and eligible for Cenvat credit of service tax paid on such transportation charges.
Carriage inward is eligible for cenvat credit.
