Cenvat credit on bank charges- on outward remittance
In case of outward remittance made bank has charged service tax on following
1. Service tax on Fund transfer commission
2. service tax on Swift charges
3. Govt service tax on Fx conversion
Whether Cenvat is allowed on above service tax?

Yes, provided your output service is taxable else you have to follow provisions of Rule 6 of CENVAT Credit Rules.
