Please let me know that can a construction company take the cenvat credit of input services....i.e service tax paid on security service bill( security service was availed at its construction sites).

Any co. who is collecting service tax from its customers and paying the same to Government can claim CENVAT credit on service tax paid on services received as input service tax.

Yes, it will.
Hi Mr. Vineet if you are filing service tax return i.e S.T 3 on half yearly basis, having certificate of providing services in S.T 1 or having Service Tax number and your gross receipt exceeds rs 10 lac in relevant previous year, and the service you are providing covered u/s 65(105) of finance act 1994, or your business relates export of goods, only then you can enjoy the benefit of cenvat credit.
