Notification No. 01/2016 - Central Excise (N.T) Dated 1/02/2016. What is the meaning of this Notification ; whether CVD Credit will not be available? in Not, then from which date?

CVD credit is available. Not. 01/2016 has stated that Proviso of the clause (Vii) of Subrule 1 of Rule 3 of CCR rules, 2004 has omitted and not the clause. It means we can take credit of 100% CVD on ships, boats and other floating structures.
