Who will be payng us the Cenvat credit is it the Service Tax Dept, or central excise ?
HOW THE REFUND WILL BE WILL THEY REFUND IT TO OUR ACCOUNT ?

Hi Nisha, Please elaborate your case like what service you are providing, what kind of industry is, what type of CENVAT credit you have availed, Why do u feel that u are entitle to a refund of Service tax or CENVAT etc.
