Whether Cenvat Credit can be taken on car insurance premium paid used for business purpose?

Does car is owned by the SP? Is it utilized only for the business?
Yes.It Is utilized for business.Car as well as the insurance is taken in the name of director.Than can the cenvat credit be utilized?
Not allowed.
