Sir,
You are free taken on Cenvat Credit but such material is used by for finished goods and check the same. if you are taken input then you are free for taken Canvat. In the case of Import material I thking Cenvat Credit is allow only
01. CVD,
02. if mention their part of Ed. Cess @ 2% and Secondry H. ed. Cess @ 1%
03. Additional Duty.
