Dear Sir/Mam,
We would like to know if, we pay service tax under reverse charge for Manpower services & works contract services then, when we need to utilised cenvat for the same?
For e.g. If we pay service tax for the month of April 16 on or before 06-05-2016 then are we allowed to utilize cenvat against the same in the month of April 16 on sales liability or we should utilized it in the month of May 2016 sales liability.
Combat credit in case of reverse charge will be available after payment, so, you may adjust this from your output tax for the month of june2016

YOu can claim cenvat on the basis of GAR 7 . Thus can claim in the month of may 2016.
