input credit is available on 1) inport of services 2) GTA for inward transport for payment of taxable output services, provided no abatement or exemption is availed by assessee

GTA service up to place of removal is eligible. Regarding imported service, it is eligble if it is within the definition of input service.

With regard to import service we deduct the service tax amount from the service provider just like tds and deposit the same with the govt., Thats why m asking for the credit of the same.
