No, you should not do so.
As this site is very useful for getting knowledge, Amendments etc

That's alright, I get what you're saying but all I asking is that is there any way by which an account can be permanently deleted

When you will go to Settings There will be 13 Option. Choose Privacy Settings. on 4th Number Right Hand Site.
On 4th number the option available is OTHER APPS
