The recent CBIC clarification via Circular No. 231/25/2024-GST dated 10.09.2024 indeed resolves the ambiguity by confirming that ITC is allowed on demo vehicles,
My Question is :-1)Can We claim ITC as above notification basic Demo Car Insurance ?
2)also We can claim itc Repair and Maintenance above demo Car
