What is the GST rate for Catering services? if service providers give the tax invoices, service receiver can be claim the ITC or not.

As per Notification 20/2019 CT (R)
It's 5% ........if not provided at premises other than "Specified Premises"
Note : The service provider cannot claim ITC on his inward supply but Recepient can claim ITC on the same
