Kumbh Mela is on the move...
do the traders who have entered Kumbh into another state for some time have to register under GSt.?
how will get be charged in them?

As per Notification 12/2017 CT (r) Under S.no 78 , it's cover under Exempted Services , if the consideration charged for such performance is not more than 1.5lac

sorry for above reply , being wrongly posted . If they are going to sell their products in other state then definitely have to registered as Casual Taxable Person as per section 27 , read with rule 8(6).

even if their turnover is below applicable limit of 20/10 L??
and how will government catch such casual people and have quick GST registration?

Casual taxable person at the time of submission of application for registration has to deposit Advance Tax in an amount equal to estimated Tax liability .
2ndly , Email ID, Mobile no. , Receipt of stall installed at Mela is to provide for registration.
