cash transaction
my car worth 1.95 lakhs, can I sell my car in full cash..What is the rule on cash transaction if I deposit the whole money in bank.

As per section 269ST, any person who enter into a transaction of Rs. 2 Lakh or above in cash, will liable to a penalty of an amount equivalent to the amount of transaction.In your case above section does not apply.
