No rule under GST but you can't receive above Rs. 200000 for sale of goods under IT
if we sold goods to a registered party in cash in 100000 .....
can we receive cash ....? from them if they don't pay from the bank?

You can receive the payment. But, It's from "REGISTERED DEALER" then IT act is atracted the Customer. Bcoz, He is one of the Registered dealer.

GST ACT no where mentioned limit but income tax act provided limit of 200000per transaction
