What could be the weightage of Case laws in Direct Tax Nov. 2017 exams.Also, please provide past trend for the same.

There will be one full section allotted to case laws. (4 questions each valued at 4 marks) and these questions specifically required name of case. Further your can expect 8 to 12 marks theory questions that might be based on case study.
They will questions on case laws from 20-25 marks
