whether Case Laws for nov 2011 exasm for D.T and I.D.T as given on the ICAI's website is final one...or some new Case Laws are yet to come..Which i think Must be published by now.....What Say?

Whatever amendments, Case Laws & notification upto 30.4.2011 are applicable.
Any new case laws, notification & amendmetns get from Student News Letter.

@ Paresh......... Friend.. Why did u said... "We'll be lucky if we get a question out of it ? what u think of the Exam Pattern this time..... Plz tell us about it.... It's been twice that i have got Failed to predict Exam Pattern ...So this time I'll not do any Analysis.....And If u have Case Laws for IDT then plz upload them up also...

Exam Pattern is same as last two attempt having.
ST - 30 marks
Vat - 10 marks
Excise - 40 marks
Custom - 20 marks
IF u do ST & Vat its cover 40 marks, Do Cenvat Credit (most of amendemnts happened between 1.1.11 to 30.4.11) - its come near by 12 to 15 marks. SSI always having one question. Common topics also having weightage of 10 to 15 marks. From custom they are asking one valuation problem it will also helpful in scoring more marks & same for the Excise valuaiton practical problem.
Case Laws & notification are divided in 2 parts
1. From Jan 2010 to Dec 2010 - which is published by ICAI
2. From Jan 2011 to April 2011 - will found in student news letter published by ICAI. which u will find from the link which i have posted.
