Pls can anybody tell me how to write case laws in law and auditing paper?

Answeer should be to the point what ever is asked for.

Please read the case law 2-3 time before answering.

Please also see the suggested answer of earlier papers.

Please don't write the unnecessry data which in not relevat to the case law.

Practical example can also be given.

While answering a case, you must be specific. Pls. don't beat around the bush. Paper Checkrs easily understand that you know the answer or not.

 

You can start directly from your decision (if you are sure about that), otherwise you can give the support to your answer first with the help of relevant Section, provisions, decided case laws, landmark judgements and then finally drawing the conclusion (this is the best way- in my opinion).

 

It is notable here that don't quot wrong section/case/provision.
