I am strongly disagree with you.. placement cell is not everything outside the placement cell we got n number of calls.. i am asking you simple question Just show me a single CA who dont have any job .. and there is a diff between a CA at the age of 22 and CA at the age of 30...So, dont blame to the inst.. and dont forget you are also a part of the inst.. everybody have some good and some bad points.. if u dont have a power to sell your self.. why company will be hire you.. they are giving same kind of education to every one.. this is upto u how you are grasping .. so dont blame to the inst.This is your incapability. 

You are pointing that CA is placing in the BPO and Rural area.or Audit Firm.. firstly audit is our core work .. we are auditors so offcourse we will go for audit.. because except CA no one can do audit as per statue.. so dont blame for this and secondly i would like to tell you in BPO industry MBA is thrice compare to  CA and in the rural area less than 5% people are working again its ur capability.. no body is forcing u to go.. its ur choice only.. i bel every ca have n number of choices,, some people get it immediately and some people get after some time

 its upon an individual to raise his standard and knowledge base so that he deserves what he desires. i.e a gr8 placement...so those better than the rest will always be in demand...and in this year, more people have been losing thr jobs rather than gettin placed. so let the crisis get over...

 

Mr. Yogesh.. i think u forget it any one can become a CA from one place only that is ICAI and People can become MBA from N Number of inst. So when you are comparing one with other than please take as a whole and plz dont be specific for top10 or 20 inst.. in that term as u say 35% students are placed.. same time if u will be go with MBA as a whole even not 25% percents are placed... dont forget top15 or top 20 B schools only consists 10 to 20% students are other from the private or govt inst..

 

 

Even earlier i told u as well as again i want to point out.. everything depend upon ur capability how good yar.. if u dont know how to sell yourself.. wheather you are MBA ..CA or any thing .. its very difficult to get money.. with your knowledge you have a capacity of selling yourself.. and please dont be ristrict with a particular top 15 .. when ur talking for any particular degree.. i think u have to take a entire community.. Because ek banda jo bihar university se MBA pass karta hai woh bhi apne naam ke aage MBA likhta hai aur jo banda IIM (A) se pass out hota hai woh bhi MBA he likhtahai .. sirf farq itna hai use aram se atleast 30-40 lacs ki job mil jati hai (min) and bihar wale ko 1-2 lacs ki job bhi bahut jyada muskil se milti hai aur woh sure nahi hai .. but ek CA jo BIHAR se ho ya fir mumbai ya kolkata se dono ko easily 5 to 6 lacs intially job mil jati hai later on its depend upon ur capacity..

One thing even i would like to say all those CA who are going in the BPO or KPO (So called Investment banking in india) are wasting there time and career.. because after 2 to 3 years no body like to recruit them

Even i want to say some thing when ur comparing than comparable should be there .. if comparable is not there.. than there is no use for talking.. and if ur not ready to accept than i cant help it.. and in india what we are doing in the I-Banking i know very well... even earlier i was in the I-Banking and thats also in one of the best I-Banking company in the world.. so i know what they are doing as well as i was a Team Leader over there.. watever be i am not here for any argument.. its individual choice.. cause yeah jaroori nahi hai ki jo mujhe pasand hai woh kisse aur koi  bhi ho aur jo kisse aur ko pasand ho woh mujhe bhi.. so its vary from person to person..and when some body is not ready to accept and want to do argument no one can help.. rite sirjee.. chalo bye and have a nice time
