which caro is applicable for nov 10 audit examine CARO 2003 OR CARO 2003 (AS AMMENDED BY ORDER 2004) PLZ TELL ITS URGENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All that is ammended upto April 2010 is applicable for Nov 2010................. And CARO is applicable for Branches...... CARO specifically teels about Branch Audit reports obtained by the Statutory auditors and asks them to disclose as to how they dealt with the same in their Final Audit report............
