Is there any Special Training or certificate course necessary to shine in this industry? Please guide me
wether Merger of PSU banks will have an Impact in career growth?

Yes, recently i saw a few advertisements where the offer for fresher CA is around 7.00 Lacs . In PSU's there will be a lot of benefits like LTC, gratuity, pension etc which are over and excess of 7.00 lacs you also get allowances and DA is inflation linked.
Passing exams like CAIIB will also give you extra increments.
