career in internal audit

career in internal audit looks good to me. you dont have to get into a lot of hazzles with ppl as it happens in stat audit. You cover more areas in internal audit, learn new systems and ways of doing things. You get a chance to meet someone from every department and understand what he is doing, unlike stat audit where your scope is a bit narrow. The deadline doesnt look as strict as its for stat audit although work pressure maybe there. The pay packages in big 4 are more or less the same comp to stat audit at the beginning. Later on it depends.
