My brother completed his post graduate study in Political Science. No other professional course he had opted but since 2006 he is associated with various e-governance project work like etds, MCA21, IT return, VAT, CST, PTAX, PF filling on behalf his clients. Now he want to make this as a career and want to start his profession in his own identiry. Can anybody suggest me is there any legal binding to become a Tax/Legal Consultant or open a office due to not having any law/CA/CS degree.
Also suggest me any short term course (if any) that can help him to continue his career as a tax/legal consultant.
