A company has a scheme of purchasing car in its name and give it for senior management team members for their use. Do you have any agreement copy for this purpose? Even if you have a template with slightly different scheme, please send the same. I shall modify the same.

Dear Mohan,
Ofcourse the Company can buy a car for the purpose of use by the management staff. The Company can suitably modify the Contract of Employment of the management personnel or Employee Policy Manual laying down provisions for the use of the service by adding a clause stating-" The Employee shall not utilize the transport facility(car) given to him for any purpose other than for the purpose of employment and shall utilize such service by paying such nominal fees as indicated by the comapny for the same.
Also the Employee shall reimburse the company for any unauthorised use or damage caused to the transport vehicle on account of his negligence."
