Yes you can claim ITC on Cargo Van since used in the course or furtherance of business i.e. Transportation of Goods.

my question was I am maintaining a car which is used for business, so input on repairing of my car is allowable or not.

As per the CGST Law, ITC on Motor Vehicles is BLOCKED by virtue of Section 17(5) of the CGST Act 2017 except in few cases.

since the car is being used for Private purpose, you cannot claim ITC on Repairs and Maintenance.
