what we have to do is we also have to use cma instead of cwa

Yes definetely it should be done now. actually we are waiting for ICWAI to Become ICMAI. It is very Confusing thing babout the name of the institute. ICAI Means The institute of Chartered accountants of India NOT The Institute of cost accountants of india.

Another thing is in name 'ICWAI' W Stands for works and it is very Significant term for this special proffession as CWA is Exclusive Proffession before Financial accounting process it is an Expert upto Final product process and that is Why it should be known as 'Cost & Works & Management Accountant' but it is lengthy Designation so it would be proper for The Institute to be named as 'The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of india' i.e. ICMAI and we should use our Designation as CMA instead of CWA. Now 'Management' includes the Term 'Works'.
