one of the pvt ltd co wants to issue bonus shares but there is no clause mentioned in the article of association for issuing bonus shares or capitalising profit
pls forward me the format of the clause for capitalisation of profit which i can alter in the articles and also forward me the special resolution to be passed for the same in the egm.
