Capital shares loss in delivery

GM.
Suppose every year i file itr 3 showing capital gains etc,if this year i have losses in delivery basis trading ,a small loss which i do not want to carry forward for further years,can i file itr 4 
or pls make a guide on shares loss in delivery basis and with some other income from sources so it will easy to compute.

In trading, filing ITR4 will require 6% of  profit margin declaration.

Otherwise ITR3 (may be with tax audit, more data required for clarity) would be required to be filed.

it will be aaded or subtracted from net income
