Capital loss from house property

sir/mam
i have long term capital loss from sale of house property
Rs -317296

i show loss in itr-3 in
schedule capital gain sub schedule
land or building or both

schedule capital gain reflect long term loss. - 317296
and short term loss -413516

but i have not any short term capital loss

18 losses of carried forward shows
total. 730812

i only fill details of long term capital gain but short term automatically shows in itr3

what can i do ?
