Capital Gains Tax on compulsory acquisition of agricultural land in 2011 under the NHAI act

Hi,
My agriculture land was compulsorily acquired in 2011 under the NHAI act 1956. I received some enhanced compensation recently and I am not sure if I am liable to pay capital gains tax on this as NHAI act is treated differently to any other act for this purpose. The acquisition was completed and compensation determined in 2012.
