One of the Japanese Company poses the shares of an Indian Company, now it wants to sell that to a US firm.
The query is that if under any circumstance does any of the firm have to pay capital gain taxes to the India and if there are tax payable amout, who and how deposit and return the tax.
THIS INCOME IS ACCURING AND ARISING IN INDIA AND IT WILL BE TAXABLE IN ALL THE THREE CASES I.E ROR, NOR AND NR.
