capital gain
On 02 March 2019 i sold one residential plot at Rs 3000000. On this amount i am paying approx Rs 600000 as capital gain tax.....However my query is if I am purchasing new property with in a year or two can I claim refund of Rs 600000 in future...

you have to deposit 30 lakhs in capital gain account scheme with bank till it's use for New property. No need to pay 6 lakhs now
