what is the cost of acquisition to the buyer .?
If at the point of sale the property was valued at Stmap Duty Valuation by the authority.
Will the cost of acquisition be the stamp value or the consideration paid by the buyer..??

Cost of acquisition to the buyer should be the actual amount paid by him and not the stamp duty value.
