Hi,
3 rooms of my bungalow given on rent to 3 different tenants.I have also one shop which is also given on rent.
Whether all 3 tenants of the Bungalow should shown differently in tenant details in ITR2 or only one clubbed income entry will also do.?
Mr. Snehal can report the total rental income from all 3 rooms and the shop in the "Income from House Property" section of ITR2. There is typically no need to show each tenant differently unless specific details are required for tax computation or disclosure purposes.
