I am trying to file ITR2 using the utility. I have chosen the old regime of taxation. However, I am not being allowed to chose 80C. Is this a bug?

I am seeing the same issue. What is interesting.. except this, all others are visible, for example NPS
Yes. I am able to use 80G.
