u/s49(1) in case previous owner give gift a property or shares to the assessee,what should take base indexation value.
jis din previous owner ne assets transfer kiya us din ,or, jis din assessee ne transfer kiya usi din. & holding peroid ka calculation kaise hogi. please clear my doubt.
