Cannot access my certified copies !

I had applied for certified copies. i did reccieve the mail on 15 September and it said that I can download my copis until 25 September.

But upto 26 September, the status of my application on https://icaiexam.icai.org. kept on showing "under process". I am not a regular Internet User.Now how on earth I am supposed to know before 25 September that I have recieved my mail.Its harrasing.

Now I cannot access my answer sheet. It says "Time expired".

What to do now ? I really need the copies.
