is possible to get revocation of GST registration after 180 days

Present this provision is not applicable in practical world.

if it was cancelled, then we need to take new reg.

I think its possible but you go to deparment physically and can discus with Gst officer may be Your registration is Revoked but better is you have take new Gst registration.
