Dear All,
My company is one year old company & we register with Sales Tax Department from last one year.But unfortunately there was no trading material purchase or sales took place.Sales Tax Officer told me that within six months there should be sale or purchase take place otherwise U/S.16 registeration should automatically cancell.I want to know whether any such rule is there? If yes, what is the procedure to continue with certificate because in near future we wil purchase some trading material?
