We are the MNC completed 8 years of operations and about to close the operations by end of May 2013. The ST-3 returns filed upto 2nd quarter and 3rd & 4th quarter are pending due to non availability of revised formats at concerned website.
In this scenerio, how can I cancel my service tax registration ?. Incase if I cancel the license through the website, does there any further complications does comany attracts, since ST-3 were not filed for 3rd & 4th quarter?. Or is there any way to do so ?
