i am registered in service tax in past my turnover is Rs Above 10 lacs but now its become near about 2 lacs.
please suggest me can i cancelled the registration or continue with nil return.what is better.?

You continue with Nil return. If you surrender ur registration and your turnover exceeds the taxable turnover in future, you need to register once again. Hence it is advicable to continue with Nil return.
