Our Partnership Firm was closed in August 2017,copies of dissolution deed and No dues statement from CPC along with a letter seeking cancellation of PAN &TAN was submitted to the concerned dept post filing of Fy 2017-18 returns.
They continue to be active despite several reminders in person and filing e nirvaan.
We continue to file nil returns as the PAN is active.
Is there anything else to be done to have the PAN/TAN Cancelled.
Please let me know.
